Choose our Basic $24,900 Basement Package (for 650 square feet - one bedroom with closet, framed-in bathroom and mechanical room) includes framing, drywall, electrical, paint, flooring, doors, trim and permits – for larger spaces we simply prorate your space. This package is for currently undeveloped basements with existing framed and insulated perimeter walls.

Add our Basic $9,750 Basement Bathroom Package – Make your Basement complete – includes vanity, tub (or shower) and toilet – all finished and ready to use. Price will vary depending on options chosen.

Add our Basic $7,750 Fireplace Package including a 36 inch gas fireplace, gas lines, venting, permits. Price will vary depending on options chosen.

Add our $5,750 Wet bar Package including 6 foot base cabinets, optional fridge, laminated counter top, electrical, plumbing, sink and faucet. Price will vary depending on options chosen.
