Choose our Basic $29,750 Kitchen Package (for 10’ x 10’ kitchen with 8’ ceilings – includes product and installation of the following:

• Demolition: Removal and disposal of existing cabinets, countertops and backsplash
• Cabinetry: Up to 60 linear fee ot Shaker-Style soft-close cabinets and crown moulding built custom for your space.
• Countertops: Up to 60 square feet of custom cut granite or basic quartz countertops with standard square edge.
• Sink: Dual basin undermount stainless steel sink in a brushed satin finish
• Faucet: Delta single-handle faucet in chrome or brush nickel finish
• Electrical: Upgrade existing receptacles and reposition appliance receptacles as needed.
• Plumbing: Move drain and water-lines for fridge and dishwasher up to 3ft and install sink, dishwasher and faucet.
• Backsplash: Up to 50sf of tile mosaic backsplash. Product allowance of $10/sf.
• Appliance Install: Includes basic installation and positioning of refrigerator, dishwasher, standard range and standard hood-fan or microwave hood-fan combo.
