What affects the cost of a bathroom renovation?
Room size, existing conditions, layout changes, plumbing and electrical work, material selections, and the level of custom work all affect cost. A consultation and a look at the room come first, then an estimate.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathrooms take about two to four weeks once work begins, depending on the size of the room and how detailed the design is. Once work starts, the crew is there every day until it’s finished.
Are consultations and estimates free?
Yes. The first consultation and the estimate are free. Call 403-560-0810 or use the request form above.
Do you help choose tile, fixtures, and finishes?
Yes. You’ll get a guided list of selections, such as tile, vanity, faucets, and shower or tub fixtures, along with supplier recommendations. The products are then picked up and delivered to your home.
Who does the plumbing and electrical work?
Plumbing and electrical work is completed by Master Licensed Journeymen, and tile work by professional tile-setters.
Can we make changes once work has started?
Yes. Changes can be added as the project moves along, and each one is confirmed in writing so there’s never any misunderstanding about the work.
Will permits or inspections be required?
Requirements vary by the work involved. Structural, plumbing, electrical, and other changes may require permits or inspections, which are reviewed as part of the project scope.
Can we stay in the home during the renovation?
Usually, yes. Access to the room, noise, dust, and working hours are discussed in advance. If it’s your only bathroom, that’s planned for before work begins.
